CA Ratnakara Sastry is a senior Chartered Accountant with over two decades of extensive experience in audit and assurance services. He became an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in the year 2000 and was admitted as a Fellow Member in 2005. He has further strengthened his professional expertise by completing the Information Systems Audit (DISA) course, Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks, Anti Money Laundering Laws (AML Specialist), and the Certificate Course on AI for Chartered Accountants (AICA – Level 1).
With more than 25 years of hands-on experience in conducting branch audits of nationalized banks, CA. Ratnakara Sastry brings deep technical knowledge, regulatory insight, and practical judgment to the firm. He consistently complies with the Continuing Professional Education requirements prescribed by ICAI and currently heads the Audit & Assurance Wing, ensuring high standards of quality, independence, and compliance across all audit engagements.
